Q: Do you sell outside the UK?
A: While our physical products are only available for delivery within the UK, our digital products can be purchased from anywhere in the world.
Placing an Order
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our shop, add your favourite items to your cart, and check out securely using Stripe or PayPal.
Account creation
Q: How do I make an account?
A: From the account page – register an email address, you will be sent a link to your email. If you click this link in your email, you will then be able to set your password.
Q: Do I have to have an account?
A: No, You can just check out as a guest if you prefer, although if you are purchasing instant downloads it is advisable.
Q: Why is it advisable to purchase digital products separately from physical products?
A: To make sure you get instant access to your downloads, It is advisable to purchase digital items in a separate transaction from a physical product. This keeps things simple and smooth for you.
Q: Do I need to create an account to purchase a digital download?
A: You don’t have to create an account, but we highly recommend it! When you create an account with Corkwood Creative, you’ll have easy access to your downloads and order history anytime you need them.
Telephone orders
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: While we don’t usually take telephone orders, we’re happy to assist customers who find the online system tricky or have special requirements. Just email us, and we’ll work with you directly to get everything sorted.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How are physical products shipped?
A: Most of the physical orders are sent out via Royal Mail. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout. We aim to prepare orders for dispatch within 24 hours.
